2 Crazy Good Recipes!

Okay, first up is the Ham, Asparagus, Potato Quiche. Yum.  Very Yum.  We have it for dinner sometimes with a salad.
1 box of refrigerated Pie Crust (or make your own)
1 Cup Frozen (thawed), Cubed, Potatoes (or make your own)
1 Cup 1/2 inch pieces of Asparagus
1 Cup Diced Ham
(I always make this when I've had a Ham and have a lot of left overs, but you can also use Canadian Bacon but it's not as good in my opinion)
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheese (I use the 4 cheese Mexican mix)
4 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
1/2 tsp Marjoram
1/4 tsp Salt
Heat Oven to 375 degrees.  Bake pie crust for 8-10 minutes till light golden brown.  Layer potatoes, asparagus, ham, and cheese in the pie crust.  Beat eggs, milk, marjoram, and salt until well blended.  Pour over mixture in pie plate and bake for 45-50 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean.  Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.  In my oven it always takes the full 50 minutes.

Now For The Crazy Yummy Dessert Dip

Cannoli Dip
1 8 oz Package of Cream Cheese (softened)
1/2 Cup (1 stick) Butter (softened)
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsps Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Confectioners Sugar
3/4 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
Chocolate Graham Crackers

Beat softened cream cheese and butter with the vanilla till creamy.  Slowly add the sugars until blended.  Stir in chocolate chips.  Refrigerate for 1 hour.  Serve with chocolate graham crackers.

  2. I think I bought some of this at the store at Christmas time. They didn't call it Cannoli Dip, but it looked just like your picture, and the ingredients sound like they would make that taste. Thanks for posting this! What I bought was delicious but expensive!
